Vonage, a leading provider of cloud communications services, has renewed its corporate headquarters lease at 23 Main Street in Holmdel, NJ. The company has been in the 350,000 square-foot building since 2005, but its current lease was to expire in 2017. It has now been extended to 2023. More than 700 Vonage employees work on the 88 acre site. Cushman & Wakefield represented Vonage in the lease negotiations with the building’s owner, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.
