The Palace Pinto Leite, which belonged to the city of Oporto, was sold at auction to the real estate company Títulos & Narrativas for €1.6m. A condition of the sale for the 6,510 sqm structure is that it be used solely for cultural and artistic purposes. Títulos & Narrativas is a property company specializing in historical buildings and museums. The building consists of a two floor building with 385 sqm on each floor (plus a terrace) along with a four-floor building with 545 sqm floorplates. The city has included €18.6m in revenues from the sale of several properties it owns, including the House Manoel de Oliveira.
