The Palladium group is planning to open of a second Only You hotel opposite Atocha train station in Madrid. The new 4-star property will offer 206 rooms and is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2016. The new hotel will follow in the footsteps of the first Only You hotel, located on Calle Barquillo in Madrid, which has become one of the iconic schemes in the city. The group is working on strengthening its position worldwide by carrying out other investments such as a second Hard Rock Café in Tenerife as well as three additional hotels in Cancun, one of which will operate under the Usuahïa brand.
