The third phase of A4 Business Park under development by Echo Investments in Katowice was awarded with a BREEAM Interim āVery Goodā certificate. Itās the second green label secured by the WSE-listed developer for the project. Both the first and second stages earned BREEAM certificates.
Echo expects to complete the third building at A4 in the third quarter of the year. A total of 24 projects in Echoās portfolio has already been green-certified, including Malta Office Park, Nobilis Business House, Opolska Business Park, Tryton Business House, West Gate, and Q22.
