Colliers International has appointed David Parker as Regional Managing Director at its Washington, DC. office. Parker will oversee the company’s business in the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, and suburban Maryland. Prior ot joining Colliers, Parker was Executive Vice President and Managing Director of a privately held commercial real estate firm and held management positions at Mid-Atlantic REITs. Parker is a graduate of Williams College and is currently a member of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and the Urban Land Institute.
