The investment fund CA Immo, which owns five office buildings in Romania with a lettable area of 106,000 sqm, has chosen the Austrian contractor PORR Construct as its general contractor for Orhideea Towers. CA Immo is developing the new office project in central-west region of Bucharest, near the Grozăveşti metro station.
Orhideea Towers represents a total investment of €75m and is due for delivery in 2017. Foundation work was carried out by Octagon Contracting & Engineering. CA Immo has announced that that PORR Construct will take over the site in March.
