PasserInvest has recently carried out a capital increase, with its founder Radim Passer saying the company now owns two of the nine office buildings he built and sold off in the past at the successful Prague 4 BB Centrum business park. In all, PasserInvest has developed 17 office, residential and non-commercial buildings at BB Centrum in Prague 4 Michle.
In an interview with MfD, he said that due diligence procedures are currently underway on a further two buildings, deals that could close in mid 2016. His goal is to buy back all of the office buildings in BB Centrum while building two more offices, additional residential product and a hotel. A devout Christian, Passer also envisions the construction of a Bible museum. In the interview, he said he is considering an IPO for BB Centrum on the Prague Stock Exchange. ”It will be a stable and conservative product, with a yield in the range of five to seven percent,” he said.
