Franklin Templeton Investment services, a financial services provider, has renewed a long-term lease in the Trianon office tower on Mainzer Landstrasse in Frankfurt. Colliers international advised the tenant during the negotiations. The property has been the German headquarters of the US-based investment company since 1998. The firm leases the 26th to the 28th floor of the building. Completed in 1993, the 45-storey skyscraper recently underwent refurbishments, which has increased its value significantly.
