CBRE has been tapped to provide property management for the Renaissance Center in the Westshore submarket of Tampa, Florida on behalf of the owner Vision Properties/Arena Capital Group. The portfolio includes Renaissance I, II, III, IV and V and features 575,000 square-feet of office space along with two 1,900-space parking garages. The propertiess sit on a 71 acre site in northwest Hillsborough County off of Veterans Highway, at 8745 Henderson Rd. Amenities on the office complex include a full service cafeteria, a two-story fitness/wellness center with basketball and racquetball courts, and a softball field. The new owners intend to construct an additional 111,000 square-foot office building as soon as they secure the anchor tenant.
