Banco Popular closed a sale agreement of the historic headquarters of Banco Andalucía in Sevilla for €25m. The new owner is planning to turn the 7,000 sqm building with seven floors into a hotel with a market and other services on street level. Drago Capital mediated the purchase on behalf of a company whose identity has not been made public.
