A joint-venture between Coltown Properties, Esplanade Partners and Avenue Realty Capital have purchased 3060 Broadway in Manhattan’s Morningside Heights neighborhood for $35.25-million. The six story, 48,000 square-foot building contains 36 apartments and five commercial units. Built in 1913 the asset traded for just over $734 per square foot. The property is located near Columbia University’s Teachers College, Union Theological Seminary and The Jewish Theological Seminary. The recently revitalized Morningside Heights neighborhood is marked by its numerous educational institutions and cultural attractions. GFI Realty Services represented the buyer while Savills Studley represented the seller, The Jewish Theological Seminary.
