UBS Real Estate has acquired the Zalando logistics center in Brieselang, near Berlin, for its German Logistics Property Fund 2. The seller is A&M Captiva. The price of the deal was not disclosed, but market sources claim it was in the low double-digit millions. The 117,500 sqm property offers 26,500 sqm of space with room for further development.
