Unmüssig is planning to sell the residential tower Blue Horizon in Frankfurt to an institutional investor for €55m, according to market sources. Unmüssig bought Blue Horizon in 2014. The property is set to be refurbished after the physician’s association Kassenärztlichen Vereinigung Hessen moves out. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2018.
