Vastint Romania secured LEED Platinum pre-certification for Business Garden Bucharest and BREEAM Excellent pre-certification for the first two office blocks of Timpuri Noi Square. Construction on Business Garden Bucharest is slated to start in the first half of this year. The scheme will include three blocks totaling 41,000 sqm of class A office space and ground-floor retail. Work on the first phase of Timpuri Noi Square is already underway. The project will offer a total of 100,000 sqm of office and retail space as well as 50,000 sqm of residential space.
