Global IT services and solutions provider iQuest leased 1,650 sqm in L1, the first building in the second phase of Coresi Business Park. The company is expected to relocated to the building in August. It currently has offices in Brasov.
With a gross built area of 6,500 sqm, L1 Building is set for completion in April and is in the process of obtaining a BREEAM Very Good rating. In addition to iQuest, Tata Technologies also signed a lease in the building, taking 3,300 sqm.
