Arbour Valley Development has broken ground on Arbours at Crown Point in Ocoee, Fla. The 40-unit, 10-building community will consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Located 20 miles west of downtown Orlando, Ocoee is a town in Orange County with a population of approximately 35,000. Arbour Valley Development, which develops multifamily units in the Southeastern U.S., has selected Doster as the project’s general contractor. It’s the second apartment development Doster has begun this year in Florida, after breaking ground in Pensacola on the Crossings at Milestone in January.
