The real estate company Premier Imobiliare has begun the construction of the residential project Olympus Residence. The project is located on Oltenitei Street and will be built in phases.
The first phase comprises two connected, 6-storey apartment buildings offering a total of 86 apartments. These will range in size from studios up to 4-bedroom units. The top floors of each building will offer 4 penthouses. Phase I of Olympus Residence is due for completion on December 20, 2016. Prices for housing units in Olympus Residence start at €21,500 and go up to €95,000.
