Publity has purchased the German headquarters in Erlangen of Areva SA, a French-based company that offers technological solutions for nuclear power generation.The building is located on Paul-Gossen Strasse and comprises four sections which offer 47,000 sqm of usable space as well as a garage totaling 631 parking spots. The property is occupied on a long-term lease to Areva and Siemens.
