The Connor Group has acquired the West Village mixed use development in Durham, N.C. for $187 million. The deal was finalized from the sellers, a joint venture between Federal Capital Partners with Bell Partners, on February 10th. The mixed use community in downtown Durham consists of 609 apartments, 453 of which are urban lofts located in historic tobacco warehouse buildings, 156 new luxury apartments and 104,000 square feet of commercial space.
