Accolade expands industrial activities to Poland

The Czech industrial property investor Accolade has expanded to Poland with an investment of €80m in three locations. In a move to diversity its portfolio, the company plans to build facilities for Polish e-shops in cooperation with its long-term partner, the developer Panattoni. In the Czech Republic, Accolade focuses mainly on manufacturers, such as automotive suppliers for Škoda Auto plant in Kvasiny. Its first clients in Poland include Oponeo (an e-shop selling tires in Bydgoszcz), and another e-shop in Szczecin for the motorsports company Pierce. In Szczecin, Accolade also plans to build a facility for Svendsen Sport, a seller of fishing equipment.
