Croatian hotel operator Maistra plans to invest about €209.4m over the next two years to upgrade its hotel network to 4- and 5-star properties. Hotel Amarin and Hotel Park were recently earmarked as strategic investment projects. The company is planning to start renovating Hotel Park, located on the Istrian peninsula, this fall.
Maistra’s portfolio includes 10 hotels, totaling 1,774 guest rooms, eight resorts and seven campsites.
