The Corso Court office building has opened in Prague 8, with Skanska and another major tenant, Expedia, officially moving into the building. The leasing of the building was completed prior to completion, with Skanska taking 56 percent of the building’s 17,200 sqm of office space, followed by Expedia with 7,500 sqm (42 percent). A third tenant is the My Food Market line of restaurants. Last fall, the developer, Skanska Property sold the building to Invesco, which paid €55m for it. The building is LEED Platinum certified.
