Valad Europe has let 5,600 sqm of office space to the Jobcenter Düsseldorf at the Hafenpforte building, located in the commercial area of Düsseldorf Holthausen. By the end of the year, the new tenant will move into the building, located at 42 Reisholzer Werfstraße, on a long-term lease. Before this happens, Valad will carry out renovations and prepare the space to suit the requirements of the tenant. The office complex was built in 1993 and offers 15,400 sqm. The anchor tenants include Piaggio Deutschland and Timken Deutschland.
