The Granell Group has begun construction of a multi-level parking at the residential complex Valentinovka Park in Korolev, a suburb of Moscow. The company secured permits for the work in February and the garage is due to open in the 4th quarter of 2016. The 4-level garage has a total area of 9,000 sqm. The entrance to the parking area will be equipped with an automatic barrier and access control system. It’s being equipped with a fire alarm system and security to ensure the safety of owners and their vehicles. Improvements of the surrounding landscape along with sidewalk renovation and greenery renewal are part of the project.
The garage is the first of two that will be built to improve the attractiveness of Valentinovka Park, the residential project in. Korolev is located 12 km away from the Moscow to Yaroslavl motorway. When complete, the complex will consist of 23 3-storey residential buildings built in a single architectural style. A school for 550 students is to be built along with two kindergartens and a fitness center.
