Quartz to move into Sixth Avenue offices in NYC

Business news website Quartz has signed a new five-year lease for 25,644 square feet of office space at 675 Sixth Avenue in New York city. The company will be subleasing the space from Weight Watchers, which was represented by Savills Studley. Constructed in 1901, the six-story, 300,000-square-foot building is located between West 21st and 22nd streets. Quartz will join Trader Joe’s and the Gap as tenants in the building which has asking a asking price of $67 per square foot. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Andrew Weisz represented Quartz. Desai Chia Architecture was hired to design the new space.
