Horizon Holding’s residential sales rise

10 February 2016

Horizon Holding sold 94 flats in the two projects it had under construction in 2015: Rezidence Vltava and Rezidence Modřanka. Its general director Yishai Furman says 2015 was its most successful year ever in terms of the number of sold units. He said sales are being driven by low interest rate mortgages and the growing economy that’s pushing down unemployment rates.

”In Rezidence Vltava, we managed to sell more than 40 percent of the units. Currently there are just five unit still available from the total 105,“ he says. Work on Rezidence Modřanka began in the fall of 2015, with sales of the first phase launched in March 2015. Construction of the second phase should start next month, with sales already underway. Of the 162 units on offer in Modřanka, 48 units were taken by the end of 2015. In spring 2016, the group plans to launch sales and construction of the second phase of Rezidence Čámovka in Prague Čimice with 148 units ranging from one to five rooms.
