Slovak investment company Leithana has completed the construction of a sports and relaxation area in Bruck, Austria. The complex, focused on ice-hockey, also offers a restaurant, while a hotel, wellness and fitness center are in the planning stages. The investor’s CEO Marek Massay, who completed a similar project called Ice Arena in Bratislava Lamač, partnered with the former ice-hockey player Lubomír Pištek, Libor Malota, Lenka Machalíková, Ján Pažitny and Boris Randa on the project. Leithana has a 100 year lease on the site from the city and began construction in 2014 led by the Slovak construction company Redost. Massay told Trend Reality, that the Austrian city was extremely helpful in the process, as planning and construction permits were issued in a single document in three months.
