Superior Copper Investments has purchased a medical office building in Miami for $11.8 million. The 35,002 square foot office building, located at 9035 Sunset Drive, was built on the 2.05-acre site in 2004. Situated in the affluent Miami neighborhood of Sunset, the property was 90 percent occupied at the time of closing. The seller, Sunset Commercial Properties, picked up the asset out of foreclosure in 2012. The transaction was brokered by Marcus & Millichap and went through at $337 per square foot .
