US Lumber has secured a 258,000 square foot long term lease for a new warehouse in Joppa, Md. The property is located along the I-95 North corridor with close proximity to the Port of Baltimore, and the Aberdeen Proving Ground. US Lumber, which has outgrown its current facility in Aberdeen, is set to take occupancy at the end of the Q1 2016 after improvements on the property are completed. JLL represented the building owner, MCB Real Estate and One Liberty Properties. “This property, while being extremely well maintained, is unique in that it has extra land available for outside storage which the tenant required for their operation” said Benjamin Meisels, Senior Vice President, JLL.
