Bellevue Residence in Brasov is on the market for €8m. Trustee CITR is overseeing the sale. The residential project reportedly cost €30m to build. The scheme includes 150 apartments, developed by the local entrepreneur Gabi Stan. The asking price for the apartments in 2009 ranged between €120,000 and €740,000.
