CBRE has announced that Adam Silverman has joined the firm’s Investment Sales Team as Vice President in its Wayne office. Together with Steve Marzullo, Silverman will focus on investment sales. Prior to joining CBRE, Silverman was a Director at RAIT Financial Trust, a Philadelphia based mortgage REIT, and spent six years at Keystone Property Group serving as Vice President of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management. Silverman holds a B.A. in Journalism from Temple University. Robert Walters, Executive Managing Director said “Adam brings a wealth of experience in finance, asset management, acquisition and development and his partnership with Steve Marzullo will further enhance our investment sales expertise for private investors as we anticipate a high level of activity in 2016.”
