Opus Land Development, the developer of the residential project Cosmopolis, continues to develop the overall infrastructure of the complex by building a 3,200 sqm strip mall to serve the scheme. The shopping area will include a 1,000 sqm Carrefour, a Grand Moulin bistro, a cafe/teahouse along with a variety of services like dry cleaning, pet shop and a butchers. The mall will include up to 70 parking space. It’s due for delivery in June of this year.
Cosmopolis, which is located in the north-east of Bucharest, will grow to 2,600 apartments this year, following a total investment of €288m.
