Westchester-based developer, Macquesten Development, has submitted plans to construct a 102-unit mixed use rental building in East New York. The company bought the site at 677 Van Sinderen Avenue this past January for $950,000. The project, called Van Sinderen Plaza, will feature 102 apartments along with 17,341 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The seven-story building will create 112,378 sq ft of space and have a height of 75 feet. The building will also offer a seventh floor terrace and a 21-car parking garage.
