Hollywood, Florida-based property management firm Coastline Management Group has acquired the Oasis Apartments in Oakland Park for $10 million. Trading for $71,428 per unit, the 140-unit seven building mid-rise complex is located at 131 Northeast 38th Street in Broward county. The seller, Canada-based Brass Enterprises, bought the asset in 2012 for $7 million. “We identified the off-market asset on behalf of our client, Coastline Management Group, and negotiated the deal over a 5-month period,” commented Ron Meyerson, Melo Real Estate Brokered.
