Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF) acquired the industrial and office complex Annopol Business Park in Warsaw’s Białołęka district from Europejskie Centrum Inwestycji (ECI). Annapol Business Park offers more than 44,500 sqm of leasable space. The transaction is the second deal between the two companies on the Polish market, following the acquisitions of New City and NC2 in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.
Hines Polska manages HPSIF’s Polish portfolio. Dentons and CBRE advised the buyer in the transaction, while Greenberg Traurig represented ECI. The local lender BZWBK provided financing.
