The Windsor Park senior housing complex near West Palm Beach has been sold to an affiliate of Starwood Property Trust for $19.42 million. The 240-unit garden-style complex is located at 1389 Summit Pines Blvd. and traded for just under $80,917 per unit. The property sits on a 3.1 acre site and features a tennis court, a clubhouse and a pool. The asset was sold by Wilson Co, a Tampa-based apartment developer. The deal was concluded with the buyer assuming a $13.3 million mortgage from First Housing Development Corp. of Florida.
