AeroMod International is moving its national headquarters from Detroit to Orlando Melbourne International Airport. The company signed a 10-year lease with four, five-year options to begin April 1 for a total up take of 119,000 square feet. AeroMod is an FAA-certified Part 145 Repair Station, capable of repairing, replacing or modifying components of narrow and wide-body aircraft. Its specialty is installing GoGo inflight Internet and entertainment systems for Delta, Air Canada, Virgin Atlantic and other major airlines.

Orlando Melbourne International Airport is one of the country’s fastest growing aviation manufacturing center. “MLB’s dynamic facility is ideally located to support our growth to serve both domestic and international customers,” said Rodney Willits, AeroMod’s director of international operations, ”and it is from where we will deploy our Rapid Response Teams.”
