Citi Handlowy has agreed to take more then 1,000 sqm of offices at Q22, the 155-meter flagship project of Echo Investment. Colliers International represented the tenant. Located on the highest floors, City’s new office in Q22 will handle the bank’s retail operations. The transaction marks third lease for Echo in recent months, following agreements with William Demant and Allegro. Currently being built on the corner of Jana Pawła II and Grzybowska streets in Warsaw’s CBD, Q22 will offer more than 50,000 sqm of office space, with Kuryłowicz & Associates providing the design.
