Finep completed renovation work on Lannův Palace in Prague 1, moving its headquarters to the historical building at the corner of Hybernská street near the Masaryk railway station. Finep, which poured CZK 70m into the facelift, signed a contract with the building’s owner, the Czech Social Democratic party, under which it will lease 2,000 sqm of space in the palace for 25 years for an undisclosed rent price. The building will feature a restaurant and retail space on the ground floor. Additional companies that are part of the Finep Holding, including Maxima Reality, also moved into the palace.
