Comprehensive Health Management has renewed its 66,000 sq ft lease at Meridian Premier Center in Tampaās affluent Carollwood neighborhood. The 103,521 sq ft building is 96 percent leased. The three-building office complex on Premier North Drive was completed in 2002 and underwent a renovation in 2014. JLL Senior Vice President Jim Moler and Vice President Deana Beer represented the landlord, Meridian Development Group. Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director David Johnson, Associate Vice President Liz Osborne and Executive Managing Director Jimmy Garvey represented the tenant.
