LandSouth Construction has broken ground on Integra Sands, a $24 million luxury apartment community in Daytona Beach. The 358,480 square foot project will feature 264 garden style apartment homes in six four-story buildings and five two-story carriage houses. The community will offer one, two and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 705 to 1,385 square feet over seven floor plans. Integra Land Company of Lake Mary, Fla. is developing the scheme with Charlan, Brock and Associates listed as the designers. Completion is scheduled for April 2017.

LandSouth Construction, founded 18 years ago, specializes in multifamily construction and is currently working on projects throughout the southeast in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida. Joe Passkiewicz, Senior Vice President at LandSouth Construction said “There has been a growing demand for quality apartments in Volusia County in recent years, making it ideal timing for building Integra Sands.”
