Megatech signed a lease on a new 10,000 sqm industrial warehouse in Brno with CTP. The Austrian car part manufacturer is expanding its operations in the Czech Republic by adding another plant in Brno to its existing facilities in Jablonec nad Nisou and Hlinsko. The company plans to invest CZK 162m into new machinery and hopes to be able to start production in September. The plant is expected to offer 300 new jobs. Megatech wants to produce plastic parts for Audi and Volkswagen plants in Slovakia and Hungary and is also interested in offering supplies to the new manufacturing plant of Jaguar in Slovakia.
