The first building of the new office project Oregon Park, which is begin developed in Bucharest by Portland Trust, is now completely leased. The newest company to have taken space at the project is the event catering company Flavours. The building’s largest tenant is the IT giant Oracle.
From a technical standpoint, 95 percent of Building A’s structure has been completed and work on the interior and on the facade are progressing simultaneously. The building consists of two basements, a ground floor plus six floors, and has a leasable area of 20,104 sqm. The completion date of Building A is June 2016. In the meantime, the development of the 24,600 sqm Building B is proceeding as planned and work on Building C is expected to get underway later this year. When completed, the three buildings of Oregon Park project will provide 69,342 sqm of leasable space.
