Bulgaria’s gross foreign debt has decreased by 10.4 percent y-o-y in November 2015

Bulgaria’s gross foreign debt has decreased by 10.4 percent y-o-y in November 2015, to €34.54 bn. The amount equals to 77.4 percent of the projected 2015 GDP, according to the Bulgarian National Bank.
Long-term foreign debt totaled €26.51 bn in November 2015, while short-term foreign debt totaled €8.0 bn.

Gross foreign debt service totaled €7.5 bn for the first 11 months of last year, 16.8 percent of GDP, compared with €5.0 bn, 11.8 percent of GDP, in the same period of 2014.
