ManpowerGroup will move into Hine’s Proximo offices, taking 1,400 sqm of space on the building’s 12th floor. The human resource consulting firm will move into the building in July. The agreement was signed at the end of last month, with Colliers International representing the tenant.
“In March we will be celebrating our 15th year of operations in Poland. This goes hand in hand with the change of our headquarters, which underscores the continuous evolution and growth of the industry we operate in,” said Małgorzata Sacewicz-Górska, PR Coordinator, ManpowerGroup. “Looking for our new headquarters, we were focusing on a convenient location, high standards of office space and green solutions in the building.”
Proximo broke ground in June 2014 at the corner of Prosta Street and Przyokopowa Street, in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station. The project is due for completion in May.
