Patrizia Immobilien has topped out at on the Meine Mitte residential complex located in the center of Berlin between Alexanderplatz and Checkpoint Charlie. The project includes 102 premium value flats, ranging from one and two room flats to sprawling five room units with up to 175 sqm of floor space. The project will offer underground parking for 50 cars. Sales are moving quickly, with 80 percent of the flats having already been sold. Market sources claim the project represents an investment of €40m. Completion is set for the end of 2016.
