Colliers International picked to lease 150 Alhambra Plaza in Coral Gables

MDR Americana has selected Colliers International South Florida to handle the leasing of 150 Alhambra Plaza, a Class A office building in Coral Gables. The 13-story, 105,733 square-foot building is located at 150 Alhambra Circle and is 95 percent leased to companies such FedEx Office Ship Center and Banesco USA. The building’s property management will be provided by Steelbridge Real Estate Services, LLC.

“The property’s distinctive design, central location with proximity to the downtown area, and plentiful parking make it appealing to a wide range of businesses,” said Colliers’ Rutchik, adding that its functional design and excellent city view make it a prime location in Coral Gables.
