William Demant, an international producer of hearing aids, is launching its research and development in Echo’s flagship project, Warsaw’s Q22. Demant Technology Centre, DGS and Oticon Polska, all part of a single holding, will take up 3,000 sqm of offices in the project. CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction. William Demant will move into the building in the second half of 2016.
Going up in Warsaw’s CBD, at the corner of Jana Pawła II and Grzybowska streets, the 155-metre office tower will offer 50,000 sqm of new office space. Kuryłowicz & Associates provided the design. The project has been awarded a BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate.
