Investment club G4 and Tatra Real plans to build a residential zone with a park and infrastructure, to be called Podunajská brána. The project will go up on a 18 ha plot on the southeast outskirts of Bratislava at Družobná and Hydinárska streets. The investor is offering 151 plots for individual construction ranging between 4.5 to 9 ares at €158/sqm. One third of the plots has been already sold for the project, which includes 30,000 sqm of space for retail and services. Marian Slavik of G4 told Trend Reality that work on the site should start in spring and the whole area is scheduled for completion in 2020.
