Grupo Villar mir, which is to build a skyscraper in the Madrid’s new financial district, has reached an agreement with Instituto de Empresa to allow the business school to occupy the majority of the property. The fifth tower is expected to be completed within four years, by the end of 2020. When completed, the building will have 52,500 sqm of offices and 17,500 sqm of retail space. It will be constructed on land that owned by the Town Hall, but the building is to be operated by Grupo Villar Mir for the next 75 years.
